Manipuri Dance Visions is an institute of Manipuri dance (one of the Indian Classical Dances). The aim was to create a visual identity for the Institute. The logo is based on the ‘third eye’ of Lord Shiva, who is a dancer himself. It also depicts one of the common hand gestures in Indian Classical dance. The two crests represent the torso and the legs of a dancer and the bright colors represent the energy and power a dancer possesses. Other promotional materials like business cards, poster, and postcard were also designed for their public performances. The website showcases the research activities, productions and training in the institute.
